Terms and Conditions:

The Old Store is a no-smoking house. Guests who wish to smoke are asked to use the car park and garden.

On booking accommodation with us, we will arrange a time for your arrival, so that we can have your room ready and arrange to be here to greet you. If your plans change, please agree a new time of arrival with us. If you arrive late without informing us, we may assume that you have cancelled the reservation.

Payment may be made by cash, Mastercard, Visa or Maestro, or cheque.

Please settle your account on the day of departure.

Please vacate your room by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.

Sorry, we do not accept pets (except guide dogs).

Cancellation Policy:

Please let us know as soon as you can of any changes to your reservation.

If you need to cancel with less than 7 days notice, we may make a 10% handling charge, or a 50% charge if we are unable to re-let the room(s).

If you need to cancel within 48 hours notice, we may charge a 10% handling charge or 80% if we are unable to re-let the room(s).
