Bedrooms
We offer you a choice of seven luxury bedrooms in our Bed and Breakfast near Chichester and Goodwood in West Sussex.
Each room has a newly-fitted bright en-suite shower room. Our ground floor room is suitable for guests who have limited mobility.
You can relax and unwind in one of the beamed bedrooms and make yourself a cup of tea or coffee (with fresh milk, not UHT!) whilst watching your favourite television or radio programmes. The Guest House is ideally situated for visiting the South Downs, The Goodwood Estate, quiet local woodland, picturesque harbours and pretty villages and towns including Chichester, Petworth, Midhurst, Arundel, Halnaker and Boxgrove.

Room 1 - Twin Room
This lovely twin-bedded room, decorated in coffee, chocolate and cream, is on the ground floor and is especially suitable for those who find stairs difficult. It has one step between the bedroom and entrance/shower room areas. The shower room has a large shower with grab rails and a shower seat. It has a tea/coffee tray and a large flat screen TV
Room 2 - Single Room
Decorated in lilac, this cosy first floor room has a wash basin and illuminated mirror in the room with a door to a newly-fitted en-suite shower/WC room. Like all of our rooms, it has a wardrobe, television and hot drinks tray.
Room 3 - Double Room
Also on the first floor and decorated with luxurious aubergine alliums on a cream ground, this room has a standard double bed, wall mounted flat screen television and a small table with chairs. This room has a bright, compact new en-suite shower room with a comfortably sized 80 cm x 90 cm shower cubicle.
Room 4 - Twin Room
At the top of the house on the second floor and overlooking the garden and farmland, this palest blue and coffee room has twin beds and a light-filled, newly fitted shower room. The beams and sloping ceiling give it a cosy feeling, but there is plenty of room to relax in. It has a TV and tea/coffee making facilities.
Room 5 - Family Room
Our family room is spacious enough for a family of four to share in comfort. On the second floor, with a wealth of beams, it has a flat screen television and a settee to help you relax and enjoy your stay. It has a double bed and either one or two single beds and a newly fitted shower room.
Please note that there is a daily child supplement payable of:
£10 for a child up to the age of 12 years, and
£25 for children aged 13 years and over or for extra adults.
We can supply cots and highchairs.
Room 6 - Twin Room
Decorated in lemon and green, this room has twin beds and an enviable view across farmland to Chichester - you can even see the Isle of Wight on a clear day! It has a bright new shower room and a wall mounted flat screen television. On the second floor, bursting with beams and character.
Room 7 - King Sized Room
Otherwise known as The Honeymoon Suite! This spacious, second floor bedroom has a king-sized bed and leather settee. For an extra touch of luxury, a fluffy towelling dressing gown and bathsheet are provided in the bright shower room, with a spacious corner shower. Room 7 is decorated in gentle blues and green, with a view across to the pub - so that you can anticipate your evening meal! It has a TV and tea/coffee making facilities.
