Welcome to our lovely 200 year old home and Bed and Breakfast near Chichester and Goodwood in West Sussex. It was once the village bakery and shop, but now you can relax in its beamed bedrooms, enjoy a freshly prepared breakfast in our delightful breakfast room, (where years ago people came to buy their groceries), or enjoy a pot of tea in the garden.

We offer seven bedrooms, each recently decorated and with its own character. Each room has an en-suite shower room and all home comforts. What else would you expect from a Guest House that is recommended by The Michelin Guide and "strongly endorsed" by The Good Hotel Guide 2008, and featured in the Escape! supplement of the Observer newspaper (November 2005).

The Anglesey Arms is a two minute stroll away. Roger and Jools will be delighted to welcome you into this traditional country pub with dining room. For wedding guests, we are only 5 miles from Upwaltham Barns, and 1 mile from Goodwood House and the Goodwood Park Hotel. Stately homes, museums, Chichester Festival Theatre and the seaside beckon.
